Bubble Concrete Construction Method

Bubble concrete method using bubble concrete with excellent lightweight, fluidity, and self-supporting properties.

The "Foamed Concrete Method" consists of materials such as cement, fine aggregates, water, and a foaming agent, and uses a civil engineering material called "foamed concrete (air mortar, air milk)" that incorporates bubbles into a slurry-like mortar. Our company provides a total solution adapted to various site needs, including the "lightweight embankment method," which enables embankment construction in locations where conventional soil is difficult to work with, as well as methods like "pipeline filling method" and "void filling method." **Main Features of Foamed Concrete** - **Lightweight:** Strength and density can be freely adjusted. - **Fluidity:** Long-distance pumping is possible. - **Workability:** Easy to work with on steep slopes and other challenging terrains. - **Self-supporting:** Vertical embankments can be constructed. - **Economy:** Reduces transportation costs. - **Durability:** Low permeability and excellent long-term durability. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.*

Technology for extending the lifespan of bridges using air mortar (soil engineering).

It is a method for extending the lifespan of bridges using lightweight soil mixed with air bubbles, which has seen increased results in recent years.

While leaving the bridge piers and girders intact, we will fill the voids beneath the bridge with aerated concrete to convert it into an earth structure. This will eliminate the need for regular inspections and repairs of the buried bridge, contributing to its longevity and also resulting in reduced running costs thereafter. Additionally, since the work will be carried out only in the space beneath the bridge, there is no need for external scaffolding for the assembly of formwork panels, allowing construction to proceed without completely closing the road to traffic. In an era where maintaining and managing existing infrastructure to extend its lifespan is essential, our air mortar technology will respond to the needs of the times.

Measures before it's too late: Countermeasures against sinkholes due to aging underground cavities and sewer pipes.

Reinforcement that ensures safety against underground cavities and aging sewer pipes! We provide construction methods adapted to various site needs.

We would like to introduce various construction methods for the measures against "sinkholes caused by the deterioration of underground cavities and sewer pipes" proposed by our company. Starting with the "Bubble Concrete Method," which uses civil engineering materials that incorporate air bubbles into slurry-like mortar, we also offer the "NLG Method" using non-air grout materials, and the "Air Pack Method," which is suitable for backfilling injection in conditions of spring water, standing water, and flowing water. Additionally, we handle the premixed type air mortar "Light Fill Foam," which can be used simply by mixing with water. 【Examples of Measures】 ■ Bubble Concrete Method - Allows for flexible design of strength and density, enabling long-distance pumping with a pump. - High workability, making it easy to construct on steep slopes and other challenging terrains. - Low permeability and excellent long-term durability. ■ NLG Method - Excellent filling capability, allowing for long-distance pumping up to 5,000 meters. - High non-leakage and non-shrinkage properties. ■ Air Pack Method - Water-resistant air mortar with high applicability in water environments. - Capable of uniform strength and stable injection. ■ Premixed Air Mortar - Can be used simply by mixing with water. - Effective for small-scale projects and confined spaces. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
